Style Description:
1.The FU and F are the same machine, with the same grinding host and same crushing effect.
FU adds a cyclone separator and a pulse dust collector on the basis of the F single machine.
FU grinder unit=F type crusher (single machine)+ a cyclone+a pulse dust collector.
The function of a cyclone is to separate finished powder and ultra fine dust, and it can be
continuously discharged for 24-hour continuous production;
The function of the pulse dust collector is to collect ultra fine dust, and there is no dust flying during
the production process. Moreover, the ultra fine dust can be collected without loss.
F is a standalone model (single machine) with a simple structure, small footprint, easy cleaning, and
intermittent operation, when the cloth bag or bin is full, the machine needs to be stopped, which is
suitable for users with small production capacity requirements.
FU is a machine unit with a large footprint, suitable for continuous production and users with high
production capacity requirements.
2.FU grinder has 2 types, Split type and Integrated type.
Split type is suitable for big factory with enough room space and big production requirement;
Integrated type has more compact structure and occupies a small area, which is suitable for small
capacity requirement. Only FU-30B, FU-40B and FU-50B can be designed into this structure.

disc to crush the material through knife impact, collision, and friction, and the different size is
obtained by changing of the screen.If you want to lower the temperature of the machine and
powder, a cold air system can be added. For high sugar and high oil materials, such as sesame,
peanut, medlar, etc., and your want 20-80 mesh powder, this machine can be fed with liquid
nitrogen, and supports customized liquid nitrogen system.
