How to grind mushroom by kinds of grinder

A customer from the United States runs a mushroom production base and this year they are planning to sell mushroom powder for use in spices or beverages,seeking our advice. Our engineer recommended three machines. 

Type1：Universal Grinder Unit

Our FU universal grinder unit can grind mushroom into 20-120mesh powder.

The different output size is obtained by replacing different size of screen.

Capacity: 60-3000kg/h.

Model: FU-30B FU-40B FU-60B FU-80B FU-100B.

The above different models have same grinding effect, but different capacities.

After milling:

Type2：Hammer mill Unit

Our LYHM hammer mill unit can grind mushroom into 12-120mesh powder.

The different output size is obtained by replacing different size of screen.

Capacity: 50-1500kg/h.

Model: LYHM-250,LYHM-400 LYHM-500, LYHM-600,LYHM-800.

The above different models have same grinding effect, but different capacities.

After milling:

Type3：Air Classifier Mill

Our WFJ Air classifier mill can grind mushroom into 60-1000mesh super fine powder.

The discharge fineness can be adjusted, and different discharge sizes can be obtained by adjusting the crushing speed.

Capacity: 30-1800kg/h.

Model: WFJ-8,WFJ-15,WFJ-20,WFJ-30,WFJ-60.

Different models have different capacities, but same crushing effect.
