Our F universal grinder can grind cocoa beans into 12-120mesh.
The different output size is obtained by replacing different size of screen.
Capacity: 5-1200kg/h.
Model: F-10B, F-20B, F-30B, F-40B, F-60B.
The above different models have same grinding effect, but different capacities.
Type 2: LYPM series pin mill
Our LYPM pin mill can grind cocoa beans into 20-325mesh.
The discharge fineness can be adjusted, and different discharge sizes can be obtained by adjusting the crushing speed.
Capacity: 150-400kg/h.
Model: LYPM-400, LYPM-500 and LYPM-600.
Different models have different capacities, but same crushing effect.
Compared with F universal crusher, LYPM pin mill has a finer and more uniform discharge size and a wider range of output sizes.
You can get more discharge size by setting the grinding speed.
The F universal crusher obtains different discharge fineness by replacing the screen mesh.
For fineness adjustment and control, LYPM pin mill is simpler than F universal crusher.
Beside, with a screen crusher machine, the powder will experience secondary friction.
The screen is a wearing part, and its service life is closely related to the working strength, usually 1-3 months.
LYPM pin mill has no screen, and the material will be crushed into fine powder at one time to avoid secondary temperature rise.
Type 3: LYRM series Roller Mill
If you want coarse cocoa powder (10-60mesh), and you want a machine with simple structure, convenient operation and small floor area, LYRM Roller Mill is recommended.
You can get different sizes of final product by adjusting the distance of two rollers.
Capacity: 50-1000kg/h.
Model: LYRM-150, LYRM-250, LYRM-500.
LYRM Roller Mill Machine is quite suitable for crushing materials that contain much oil content, such as sesame, peanut, almond, walnut, nut, cashew, black pepper, white pepper, mustard, cumin, coriander seeds, cocoa beans... etc.
Type 3:WFJ series Air Classifier Mill
Our WFJ Air classifier mill can grind cocoa beans into 60-1000mesh.
The discharge fineness can be adjusted, and different discharge sizes can be obtained by adjusting the crushing speed.
