The difference between LYFM and LYHM:
LYFM is a single machine with only a grinding host, consisting of a feeding hopper, a crushing chamber,
and a discharging hopper. It has a simple structure, small footprint, easy operation and cleaning, and
is suitable for small production capacity. This machine requires a cloth bag for discharging, and when
the bag is full, it needs to be stopped, causing a small amount of dust to fly during the production process.
LYHM=LYFM hammer mill (grinding host)+cyclone separator+pulse dust collector+fan+electrical control box.
Compared to LYFM single machine, LYHM occupies a much larger area and is suitable for high production
capacity and continuous production and the whole production has no dust flying.

Hammer mill has two types of blades, movable blade (Hammer type) and fixed blade (Blade cut type).
Movable blades are more suitable for grinding fine powder, while fixed blades are more suitable for
grinding particles.

If the feed size of the raw material is bigger than 30mm, we recommend adding a coarse crusher.
Please note that the larger the feed size, the bigger the current fluctuation during grinding, which
will affect the service life of the motor. Therefore, the smaller the feed size, the better. The larger
the feed size, the longer the grinding time, and the lower the production capacity. Adding a coarse
crusher can also increase production capacity.

Please note that the height of the discharge port of the coarse crusher, that is, the length, width,
and height of the bracket, can be customized. The screw feeder can be customized with a hopper,
such as 100-300L, so that the crushing process can buffer some materials, reduce the impact of
manual feeding speed, and stabilize mill capacity.
This hammer mill has a screen, and the different discharge sizes can be obtained by replacing the
screen. Some materials have elasticity and are forcibly squeezed out of the screen during the grinding
process, resulting in some coarse powder or particles with different proportions due to different
material characteristics and fineness requirements. If the powder is required to be within a specific
range or if the proportion of coarse powder needs to be reduced, a vibrating sieve can be added to
the discharge.
