Pin mills can be used on both dry substances and liquid suspensions.Pin mills are commonly use in the manufacture of
pharmaceuticals, as they can achieve particle sizes as low as a few micrometers.
The material is evenly fed into the grinding chamber by the feeding system, strongly impacted by the high-speed rotating disc.

Description

Product Introduction:

This machine is used for crushing hard materials in soft goods, especially suitable for crushing

low melting point, adhesive material and the freezing of heat sensitive material crushing, such

as grease, pulping, peanut pulp powder, cocoa, spices, garlic, tomatoes, apples, red jujube, rubber

and other fields.

Working Principle:

After materials are sent to the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor from the hopper, they

will be impacted, cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blades (needle bar types) and fixed needle

bar disks. The different output sizes can be obtained by adjusting the grinding speed. It is mainly

applicable to the crushing processing of crystalline materials from chemical industry, dyestuff,
