Mechanical comparison of rice grinding effect

This time, we used rice as the raw material for the trial machine and compared the crushing effects using a universal crusher and an ultrafine crusher.

After testing, both machines have their own outstanding performance. Let's take a look together now.

Firstly, there is the universal crusher. Generally speaking, the crushing fineness of this machine can reach 12-120 mesh, and the effect of crushing rice is also very good. This crushing fineness reached 100 mesh.

Secondly, is the ultrafine grinder, which can usually achieve a high level of fineness depending on the value you set. This time, the rice is crushed at a normal speed. By comparison, it can be seen that the fineness of the grinder is greater than that of the universal grinder, reaching around 200 mesh. If you have higher fineness requirements, you can use higher values.
