We did wet rice crushing tests according to our Indian customer requirements.

Indian customer's requirements are as follows:

1.Fineness requirements: 40mesh

2.Capacity: 100kg/h

We did the Wet rice crush test with our WFU-300 Wet And Dry Dual-purpose Grinder.

Wet And Dry Dual-purpose Grinder have 7 models. WFU-200,WFU-300,WFU-400,WFU-500,WFU-600,WFU-800,WFU-1000,.

Capacity: 10-2000kg/h.

The different output size is obtained by replacing different size of screen.

This machine is used in chemical, food,pharmaceutical,agricultural industry and so on,especially suitable for dry and wet materials.

This machine applies the relative motion between the high-speed running motive spider and stationary,mutual striking among materials to spider to impact,shred the material,thus to reach to objective of pulverizing material.This machine has simple structure,stable option,low noise and good pulverizing effect.Material will be discharged outsides directly from pulverizing room after pulverization.Coarse pulverization or fine pulverization shall be got by selecting different sieves of different diameter.

We conducted two tests using 40-mesh and 60-mesh screens.

The customer finally decided that a 40-mesh screen is OK.
