Application:

1. For cutting root vegetables and fruits,such as, ginger, potato, carrot...etc.

2. Application: Restaurants, food processing plants, food processing factory, Central Kitchen, cafeteria, vegetable products factory...etc.

Function:

Cutting root vegetable and fruits as slices or shreds efficiently.

Shredding size: 1.5mm,2mm,3mm, 4mm (Optional).

Slicing size can be adjusted by changing blade.
