The machine is installed with a fixed cutter head, so the slice thickness is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Please note that only one of the four slice thicknesses can be selected.

If you want two slice thicknesses, you need to buy an additional cutterhead.

We often sell fixed thicknesses of 1.2mm and 1.5mm.

If you want other slice thicknesses, please contact customer service or leave a note when placing an order.

If you want adjustable 0-10mm slicing thickness, please tell us and choose the movable cutterhead.

Cleaning method:

The cutterhead is detachable and can be directly rinsed with water. Clean the food trough with a damp cloth.
