It is suitable for granulation of pharmaceutical, food, chemical, dissolved medicines, solid beverage,chicken essence and other materials with high viscosity.It’s used in granulating the damp materials into column-shape granules; it is also used in crushing the agglomerate dry powder or blocks into granules.

It is mainly composed of drive motor, feeding hopper, extrusion blades, sieve cylinder and discharging hopper.This machine adopts one pair of rotating grinding blade to grind form wet material into column-shape granule by stainless steel sieve cylinder which is provided to pelletize in next process.The machine can obtain different size granules by changing the stainless steel sieves.The gap between blade and screen is adjustable.
