WF Coarse Crusher

There are two types: table type and box type, with the same structure and crushing effect, the main difference 

is the outlet position. The table style can only discharge at the bottom, while the box style outlet can be placed 

at the front, back, or side.

Product Introduction:

WF coarse crusher is applied as supporting equipment, before fine grinding process in industries such as 

pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical etc., which has better crushing effect for most materials without limitation 

on its viscosity, hardness, softness and fiber etc.The materials are fed into the hopper and enters the crushing 

chamber, where it is crushed through shearing, collision, and friction between the rotating blades and the fixed 

blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material automatically flows towards the discharge port. The 

different output size is obtained by replacing different size of screen. This machine has a simple structure, easy 

cleaning, and meets the requirements of food and GMP.

There is a small amount of dust flying for the single machine, if the dust removal system is added, 

there is no dust flying during the production.
