Product Introduction:
WFJ ACM Mill is composed of grinding host, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, fan, electric
control box,frame and pipes. It has the properties of wind selection, having no screen or net, and
an even granularity of the processed material. The production process going on continuously and
there is no dust flying. This machine can undertake the grinding of chemical, food, medicine,
medicament, cosmetic, plastic, dyestuff, resin, grain...etc.
Materials are sent to the milling chamber via the screw, it will be sheared and crushed by the
blades of high speed rotation. The powders will pass through the guide ring and enter the classifying
chamber. Under the action of aerodynamic and centrifugal force, powders larger than the graded
particle size will be thrown back to the milling chamber for further crushing. Powders smaller than
the critical diameter will enter the cyclone separator. Most of the finished powder is discharged
through an air lock valve, and a small amount of ultra fine dust enters the pulse dust removal box
for collection.
Technical Data:
There are two types of knives for Air Classifier Mill, diamond knife (hammer blade) and cylindrical
knife (pin blade).
Diamond shaped knives are more versatile and suitable for crushing most materials, especially
for producing ultra fine powder, as well as for crushing hard and fibrous materials.
For the crushing of crystalline materials, and you do not have high requirements for fineness, such
as 60-300 mesh, cylindrical knives have a larger production capacity than diamond knives, and
cylindrical knives are more suitable for crushing fragile and crystalline materials.
There are two types of classifying systems for ACM Mill, one is upper classifier and the other is lower
classifier.
The upper classifying wheel is more durable than the lower classifying wheel.
If you have high requirements for fineness and the rate of finished products, especially for fibrous
materials, it is recommended to add a vibrating sieve to the discharge.
If you have high requirements for powder quality, especially for oily and temperature sensitive
materials, it is recommended to add the air cooling system.
Two-Stage Air Classifier Mill Unit
The ACM Mill requires feeding size of less than 15mm, the smaller the better. For materials with
long or large sizes, such as cinnamon, turmeric, etc., it is necessary to firstly crush them into particles
smaller than 15mm using a coarse crusher, and then ultra fine grind them.
